Excellent value and location. Our suite was very roomy and clean. The pool area was on the smaller side, but very well maintained and aesthetically pleasing. The room was not decorated much, but I saw many rooms were being upgraded (don’t worry, not a load renovation, just swapping out mattresses and a fresh coat of paint and adding decor items). There was such a cutie ice cream shop on property!

Location, first floor, beds and pillows comfortable, AC unit fine. Listing mentioned a hot plate, but there wasn’t one and I asked the desk there wasn’t.

I stayed here for a month and was very happy. The room was clean and I didn't see a single bug, which can happen in Florida. The location is amazing. You get the same location as the luxury hotels, but across the street and at a cheaper rate. The beach is a very short walk away. A big plus to me was the clientele, which were either people a bit older, or younger families. Nobody was rowdy or disrespectful.

It was extremely close to the beach as advertised. Not all the rooms have a great view but we lucked out with one of the marina. The staff was extremely accommodating when we arrived earlier than planned they stored our luggage and had a room available a couple hours earlier. They were very kind and did not charge us extra for that.

Friendly and helpful staff. Free hot tea and coffee. Great location to walk to the beach, restaurants and attractions including Pier 60.

The Clearwater Beach is not far from this hotel. The beach was awesome. There are some nice restaurants nearby including this great donut place - Parlor Doughnuts. Also, there is island market and Speedway gas station nearby. One of the pools, you can see the bay. Nice hotel but it is not fancy if you expect. Friendly staff members and helpful.

Incredible value for the money and location. It’s an older style but very clean and so close to beach and bars/restaurants. I have stayed here numerous times and will be back again

I like to we could see the beach from our room and we are facing the pool. And the room was nice and big plenty of room in it. All the staff at work there were friendly.
